Team-Building Circles

Another Mind-Numbing Ice Breaker

You can almost hear the eyes roll. OMG. They’re bored already.

As you check the room, you notice the chins drooping, catch the furtive glances toward cell phones.

Are they texting about how they can’t wait for this to be over?Have you already become a meme?

This was supposed to be fun and help the team bond.

I get it. This “Be a Great Boss Stuff “is hard, sometimes.

You’re trying to run a business and keep up morale.

Your crew is long overdue for some connecting and spoiling – but another warmed-over buffet with awkward small talk?

There has to be some other way you can build them up.

How can you provide an experience that they actually enjoy doing together?

Why does it feel so impossible?!?

Twister. Wall Rock-Climbing. Quicksand.

I’ve been there – in those meetings where thoughts of ‘head on desk’ overwhelmed anything positive, constructive, or work-related.

I’ve sat through more than my share of greasy barbecue and chewy chicken – or even cardboard boxed sandwiches. It ain’t all that – OR the bag of chips.

I’ve had to share the superpower I would want to have, my ideal (living or dead) dinner guest and seat buddy on a flight, the flavor of ice cream that best describes my personality – more times than I can count.

More than likely, no one remembers – or cares – what I said. And it certainly didn’t add any depth or trust to our relationships.

Let’s turn this team-building thing around!

I can help you break through feelings of isolation, lack of trust, and poor communication through the unique setting of a women’s circle. (By the way, men have joined my circles and are encouraged to take part!)

Responsibility for other humans AND their well-being while at work is a huge undertaking.

Stop wasting time, money, and the goodwill of your team.

Let’s create some deep, authentic connections together – and have some fun doing it!
